Both left and right Hubs have been wire brushed and the splines inspected. The wheel bearings and brake rotors were replaced.
Overall, the left side wheel bearings looked nasty and scored, but the right side actually looked really good. I decided to replace both left and right wheel bearings anyway.
When re-installing the hubs, I had to add shims to bring the end-float to be within 0.002 - 0.004 inches. After getting the end-float set, the castle nut was torqued to 45 ft lbs on the left side, but had to go to 70 ft lbs on the right side in order to align a slot in the castle nut for the cotter pin.
