I finished powder coating the Pedal box and installed the Master Brake and Clutch Master Cylinders. After media blasting the pedals, adding new rubber feet, the pedals were added. I was impressed with powder coating the springs for the pedals. The powder coated springs don't chip or crack and look awesome. Shame you can't see them....
I purchased a 25ft spool of 3/16" stainless steel brake lines. I knew it wouldn't be enough, but didn't want to invest too much if I couldn't bend it to fit or crimp the proper flares. I purchased the TGR Professional Brake Line Flaring Tool- 45 Degree Set - so I could make the Bubble and Double Flares. The front brakes required both types, a bubble to go to the Pressure Failure Unit, but I needed a double flare that connects to the brake hoses for the front brake calipers.
I also installed a new Brake Switch on the Pedal Box cover, but I modified it to eliminate all the extra wire. Since this brake switch is a reproduction, not an NOS switch, I have my doubts that it will last. I bought a relay that needs to be added to reduce the amps going through the switch.
