Lots has gone on since my last post. I'm moved from the DFW area to the Hill Country in south central Texas. Because of the move and all of it's associated events, I didn't work on my car for over a year. Now I'm back at it. I have done all the suspension work and have altered the engine compartment to accept the Buick 215 V8. Still have to reroute the brake lines and replace the wiring. The engine is in the machine shop.

Hello to everyone. I'm just getting started in the MG hobby. My son gave me a 1974 MGB-GT and a 1961 Buick 215 cu. in V8 with the idea that I would insert said V8 into the MG and he would eventually inherit it! The car is currently intact and in good running condition. I'm in the process of reading all I can get my hands on about making the engine swap.
