After a 2 week enjoyable holiday in the Caribbean, it is back to work. I have changed the complete wiring harness, checked all the bulbs , fuses and connections. Heater control cables were also replaced. Removal and instillation of the dash is a learning experience and have had practice doing it a number of times... should have researched the installation of the windshield.. as it it much easier to do with the dash out of the way.. well it is done now. appreciate the acknowledgment from others on the forum. I have a son who manages a body shop and he is a great resource and mentor. He councils me and gives me advice. I have an insatiable need to strive for perfection in any project I get involved with.. and my son tells me to achieve a good result and enjoy the fruits of my labor. I enjoy the task of taking apart, repairing and reassembling the project, more so than missing, the enjoyment of the driving the car when finished. Regardless...

After 55 years of enjoying restoring cars, I start this new year off with the first MGB.. It is a stalled project that an older gentleman decided that after buying it in 1988 and beginning his foray in to the restoration world decided that he was never going to finish it.
