To compete with foreign luxury sports cars, Cadillac created the Allante. The body was designed and built by the famous Pininfarina bodyworks in Italy. 21,430 Allantes were built from 1987 to 1993.
In 1993 Cadillac added their North Star Engine
It is a 4.6L, 32 valve overhead cam, all aluminum V8 which produces 295 hp. At that time the Allante was the most advanced roadster in the world.
This car sold for $65,000 in 1993 ($120,000 in today’s dollars)
The engine, transmission, interior, paint, and top, with only 49,200 miles, are in excellent condition.
Recently replaced Michelin Defender tires, Arnott front struts and rear shocks, cruise control servo, and antenna.
Included are owner’s manual, shop manual, parts manual
