“Willoughby”
Everything needs to be redone. This should be fun!
The bad:
- Exhaust has at least 4 cracks or holes
- Oil leaks... or is that tranny fluid?
- All seats need stuffing and covering
- I drove it home and when it started to sprinkle, a windshield wiper fell off. I should replace that too.
- I'm fairly certain the previous owner used a stiff wirewheel to do all the body work. It need paint and a new chrome set, badly.
- Coolant overflow expels into a Powerade bottle. I should look into that.
- Brakes get wobble and squishy over 40
The good:
- Original keys
- All original inside and out
- Original black plates
- Original wire wheels
- Runs GREAT and very, very strong
- All the lights work (Yes, I was also surprised)
Willoughby will be an outstanding car. Give me a few months to get a plan together. I'll keep everyone posted on Willoughby's progress.
