Have owned for forty-six years and after many other restoration projects it is finally on the top of the list. Went from California to Ireland in 2002 when we moved there and in 2007 on to France when we moved there. Second car purchased after I got married. The first was a 64 Land Rover Series IIa model 88 SW, purchased in 1968 a month after getting married; from a doctor who had purchased in England and toured all the way to the Belgian Congo in Africa. Am in the process of passing the LR on to my son who will be the third owner.
