Thomas Tallone's 1959 MG MGA Twin-Cam

I purchased this roadster in 1978 in Milton, MA. It did not run and it did not have it's twin cam engine. I was unable to do much with the car for ten years but in 1989 I started a body off restoration. I completed the restoration in October 1990 with an MGB 3 main 1800 engine. The original close ratio transmission and the 4.55:1 ratio rear end were included.
The body is painted it's original OEW but the interior, which was originally black w/ white piping is now Burgundy.
Soon after finishing the restoration I found a 1958 puch rod coupe with a twin cam engine in it. I was able to buy the car in 1996 and in October of 1997 I was driving a Twin Cam Roadster. Love that Twin Cam...
