Where Has The Time Gone

My last journal entry was 4 years ago. My MGB is wonderful. She starts up on a dime and runs smoothly. I have decided to take it slowly. I have realized that the roads are not as peaceful as in the late 70's and 80's, when I cruised the country from NJ to CA in a 67 MGB. The energy is more agressive. I am presently sticking to country roads, those less traveled. I always enjoy passing and waving to a fellow MGB enthusiast. Today, while out in the B, I came across two 80ish year old...

Getting Back On The Road With A Quieter Car.

I have to say that there is never a dull moment when you own a MGB. I recently had sound installed into the car. AM/FM, Bluetooth, IPOD, three speakers....finally music. I also pulled my hardtop out, compounded and polished it and placed it onto the newly painted car. Mallard Green with a white hardtop. It looks so great. Well, the past two years have been full of trials. I have been so lucky to have been introduced to members who are honest and amazing. The one who helped me the most is Dick Moritz. Dick pulled the engine and transmission, rebuilt both and managed to tackle a dozen other issues with this wonderful car.
