20 some years ago my dad and I restored a 76 Triumph TR6 back to mint condition. I went away to college and he sold it because he said he didn't have enough room to store it. Since then I have always wanted to own another british sports car of some kind. I came across this 1980 MGB at and the price was right so I bought it. I have 3 sons and I hope to pass on the passion I had for these road trophys.

I got the engine and tranny out and took the head in to have the valves done on it. Turns out the head is cracked. I tracked down a complete head from a member here and just sent the money away. I will be putting in a new cam, new rings, new oil pump and new gaskets throughout the engine. People say "if it ain't broke don't fix it", well because I don't...
