Lot's Of Progress

Posted on: Saturday November 28, 2009

Got quite a bit done in the last two days. All of the dash lights are back on. This was due to the gauge dimmer rheastat (sp) being stuck. I took it out, shot some lube in it and slowly but surely worked it free. Unfortuneately, I think I broke it when I was working it free. I got it back in the car with little trouble save for the lower bolt at the firewall side at the intake manifold. Boy, what a hassle that was. I also wanted to make sure that the gas I was putting in was good (the tank was half full...

First Full Day Of Work

Posted on: Tuesday November 24, 2009

So, the car did not run. That was the first order of business; correcting the not running part. But before I could do that it needed a bath just so my wife would not think I bought some dusty old car... but a RACE CAR. So I washed it and it looks...
