Like the time I lived without a starter motor one summer. 1981 Spend the day taking the starter off the eng, Skipped the past where it said to "discount the motor mount" - It's a MG Midget, I done starters on VW's A Chevy or two the Dodge truck before why would you need to do anything with the motor mount?!! I herd this story a few times over the years. My Dad drove a MG TC and race it too! '53 TC He went to have the car Painted after completing some major work on the car. He wanted a color that would stand out and everyone would see coming liking a light color he chose white not any color of white! But, picked out GE Refrigerator White - Yes, it as a bright one !!
