Gullwing Hood

So progress is continuing on the old Bermuda, now something else. that has the smaller side windows complete. With cracks in both vertical uprights, i decided to strengthen these piece using both more Fibreglass but also making them larger in width. Today I started on the rear window reduction, with a shaping of Upol this evening to mirror the curve to each side. Tuesday 12/8/25 I undertook 3 more UPOL fillings and sanding and then set out what the new rear will look like Wednesday...

Rear Plexiglass Progress

So today once I had sanded the rear down to being correct for the shape, I set out the look of the corners, closer to the flat. I added fibreglass underneath to support the additional area again using stretched duct tape to act as a guide. once set I added more UPOL 1 to fill the area ready for more sanding and filling tomorrow.
