Front End, Moving Along...

Got some tie rods and ends and brackets for my 1.5" axle tube. They all seem like they will work pretty well, except my brackets had 3/8" holes, and I thought the tie rod ends also had 3/8" bores, but it turns out they had 5/16"...so i need some bushings. Funny thing is the left-hand threaded ends had 3/8" bores, and I was sure I got the right-threaded counterparts. Whatever. I can make it work, but its annoying.

Started my first cyclekart. I'm using 1x2 rectangle steel for the frame. I have installed 2 golf cart leaf springs, like half-leaf style. I will have the front axle at the very front of those springs, and they seem like they are going to work well. I have also ordered 4 rear wheels from CB125 motorcycles (1.60x17). Happy to have found some on Ebay, can't wait to get them!
