SUMMER 2009

-Dual HS4 Twin Carburettor Conversion---fully rebuilt and renewed carbs done by Jimmy Hilton.
-Twin K&N 56-9320 Air Filters Fitted
-"Schlemmerized" Lucas 45D Distributor---custom to the carb conversion

SPRING 2009---TUNE UP

Work performed Spring 2009
-Fit new Payen Head Gasket
-Coolant flush
-Resurfaced rocker arms
-Valve adjustment (all valves set to 14 thousandths)
-Repainted pedal box cover

WINTER 2009

Work performed in Winter 2009

Mechanical
-Rebuilt differential to solve clunk
-New gas tank
-New OEM SU fuel pump
-New clutch slave cylinder
-Re-cored original radiator, fitted a drain cock
-New fan switch
-New thermostat
-New radiator cap
-Full coolant flush & refill
-New tappet cover gaskets

Suspension
-New kingpins
-New swivel axles
-New control arm bushings

Electrical
-New reverse light switch

SUMMER 2008 RECONDITIONING---PART 2

Work performed in Summer 2008 (July & August) - Continued
Interior and Exterior
-Completely reworked interior
-New seat covers
-New carpeting
-New panels
-New shift boot
-New console lid and latch
-New convertible top by Robbins

Body Work
-Small rust/rot repair on underside behind wheel well, drivers side

Suspension
-New rebound strap kit for rear axle
-Various bushings in front

Tires
¬-4 New Dunlop tires, all season
-Mounted good old tire on spare in trunk
-Replaced missing spare tire hold down screw

Work Performed in Fall 2008

Body Work
-Small Ding repair, drivers side, above rear wheel well
-Re-spray underneath sill plates
-Wet-sand & buff to bring back a shine

Mechanical
-Reworked rear brakes
-New wheel cylinders
-New brake shoes
-New anti-rattle springs
-New brake adjusters
-New OEM brake master cylinder by TRW
-Fit Weber carburettor
-Fit a Canon exhaust header
-New OEM exhaust system
-New transmission shift linkage bushing
-New gas tank sending unit
-New temperature sending unit

Electrical
-Backdated to points ignition
-New Lucas 45D distributor
-New Lucas sport coil
-New spark plug wires
-New ignition switch
-New battery from Illinois Battery
-Fixed turn signals
-Fixed dim headlights
-Installed new stereo system (radio & speakers)
-New license plate lights
-Various running light lenses, seals, and screws
-New fusebox & 17/35 Fuses
