It Begins...again.

So after leaving work early on Thursday to go and see this car in Long Island, I returned on Saturday prepared to seal the deal. After a brief but nerve racking test drive in which I confirmed the serious need for an engine rebuild, and a little negotiating with the previous owner, I got the keys and rekindled my MG addiction.
Despite having been MG-less for the past 7 years my love of these cars is still as strong as it has been since I got my first one in high school. Since then I have never stopped following the community or the improvements in parts and services available. Clearly all that was required to bring "the bug" back to life was a very sunny day in June and a rust free B.
Hopefully this time I can have as much fun as I used to while avoiding a few of the problems I encountered in my younger years.
I look forward to meeting & driving with everyone in the "experiance".
